Budismo e cristianismo, não é sobre opisição entre eles, mas uma análise sobre os temas que esta relgiões abordam. Sou do tipo que segue um tipo de Religião Progressiva, não creio em coisas sobrenaturais, não descarto a ciência, eu sou deísta este é meu blog. Energy

Today I gonna talk about energy, you might find this theme in Buddhism and even in Christianity (but it is more rare)
I can tell you about four types of energy.

First - the essential energy of life in cosmos.

It seems that there is some kind of energy that wanna be spread all over the space and time, and this happens here on Earth.
Probably it happens on another distant solar system, or distant galaxy.
Maybe it had happened in a distant past, so distant that we are unable to imagine, and then those who were the bringers of this energy  threw spreading a remnant of their essence. Those bringer was just wanting their fundamental energy still alive on  future.
This essential energy is inside our atoms, inside the minimal particle of our atoms.
It´s a vital energy that wanna  be spread, and it transited through of all living creatures that already existed on earth; from a minimal cell to a giant mammal.
It´is not necessary that there were a bringer to this energy, it may have been existing by unknown causes.

Second - the energy of living

The energy of living is the force that is in internal body of every living creature.
It is almost the same energy  I quote above, but here I´m talking exclusively about the force on the living beings on earth.
This force has to do with evolution of life, the development of it, has to do with procreation.
It also has to do with the healing, with the regeneration of living creatures, specially in the case when some animals regenerate by a special mechanism.
This kind of energy makes possible to a plant  emerges from the soil and grow,  as an example.

Third - the enrgy of our being - vital energy

This energy is available through our subjectivity.
Some people know how to access this energy and use it in their favor.
Some people know how to rouse a positive way of feeling when they need to, or when simply they want to.
I think some religions provoke the waking of this energy, but they does not even know this thing.


Fourth - the eletric energy

I'm not talking about eletric energy which runs through the lines of electricity, of course .
I'm quoting the electricity  we manifest all over our bodies, it has to do with our nervous system , and our brains.
I think I'm able to feel the energy of some people, some have a great  tension of energy on their bodies.
I can't tell you if the positive energy is what gives us a good sensation of relaxing when a person touch me.
Maybe there is the differences between negative energy and the positive energy, amd if I'm very relaxed then a person with positive energy may make me feel good.
I think that in this kind of energy positive is the violent muscles tension, on the other hand the negative energy may be the relaxed and peaceful characteristic.
Then thos kind of energy is contrary of the the common concepts of goods and evil forces. 
Or so, negative is an energy where resides the the peace and the relaxing state.
The positive energy is those which is associated with tension and excited nerves, it has nothing to do with tranquility.


Which energy do you use or do you need?

I shown you the various types of energy because it is a vast theme.
Well, I think the energy we need to survive is the fourth energy, the electric, because it has to do with health.
And there´s something you need to know about it, you can feel it only by touching another person.
And it might happens througth sex, throught a handshake, throught a hug.
Well, there is another fountain: the water.
Hot or cold water may bring you health, maybe that´s why some
spiritualists believe in energized water, or in the capacity fluids have for conduce the energy.

The energy of cosmos, of life on earth are those in which you might evoke to feel a connection with the essence you are originated from.
You also might use the energy of  your being to transmute your states of mind, your aura into a positive aspect.
The vital energy has to do with mood and also with feeling and emotions you can bring from your deepest internal being.
