Vamos ver um pouco sobre profecias?
Jesus profetizou sobre a segunda destruição de Jerusalém em Mateus , a cidade santa para judeus foi destruída 3 vezes na história.
Em Apocalipse ou Revelção, livro escrito muito tempo depois da morte de Jesus foi escrito por João quando Jerusálem já havia sido invadida e desolada.
O apóstolo João era escravo nessa época, talvez ele tenha passado suas idéias ou visões a cristãos livres que estavam dispersos e estes foram de fato os autores do pergaminho, talvez eles tenham ouvido sua narração e tenham composto ''Revelação".
Eu acho que algumas coisas que lemos no livro de Revelação já haviam ocorrido; por exemplo:
E viu-se um grande sinal no céu: uma mulher vestida do sol, tendo a lua debaixo dos seus pés, e uma coroa de doze estrelas sobre a sua cabeça.
E estava grávida, e com dores de parto, e gritava com ânsias de dar à luz.
E viu-se outro sinal no céu; e eis que era um grande dragão vermelho, que tinha sete cabeças e dez chifres, e sobre as suas cabeças sete diademas.
E a sua cauda levou após si a terça parte das estrelas do céu, e lançou-as sobre a terra; e o dragão parou diante da mulher que havia de dar à luz, para que, dando ela à luz, lhe tragasse o filho.
E deu à luz um filho homem que há de reger todas as nações com vara de ferro; e o seu filho foi arrebatado para Deus e para o seu trono.
E a mulher fugiu para o deserto, onde já tinha lugar preparado por Deus, para que ali fosse alimentada durante mil duzentos e sessenta dias.
Apocalipse 12:1-6
O texto fala de Maria, Jesus e a perseguição de Herodes; isso já havia ocorrido, portanto não é um evento futuro - nem para um futuro distante dos tempos de João; muito menos um futuro para nós...já eram evento passado até mesmo pra Jesus.
Jesus Fala de Jerusalém assim:
"Serpentes! Raça de víboras! Como vocês escaparão da condenação ao inferno?
Por isso, eu lhes estou enviando profetas, sábios e mestres. A uns vocês matarão e crucificarão; a outros açoitarão nas sinagogas de vocês e perseguirão de cidade em cidade.
E, assim, sobre vocês recairá todo o sangue justo derramado na terra, desde o sangue do justo Abel, até o sangue de Zacarias, filho de Baraquias, a quem vocês assassinaram entre o santuário e o altar.
Eu lhes asseguro que tudo isso sobrevirá a esta geração.
"Jerusalém, Jerusalém, você, que mata os profetas e apedreja os que lhe são enviados! Quantas vezes eu quis reunir os seus filhos, como a galinha reúne os seus pintinhos debaixo das suas asas, mas vocês não quiseram.
Eis que a casa de vocês ficará deserta.
Pois eu lhes digo que vocês não me verão desde agora, até que digam: ‘Bendito é o que vem em nome do Senhor’". Mateus 23:33-39
As profecias do livro de Apocalipse ou revelação já se cumpriram, seu cumprimento envolveu a década de setenta do primeiro século em 70 D.C.
Jerusalem não aceitava mais o domínio do povo romano e por causa dessa rebelião ela foi sitiada pelas tropas Romanas e depois de povo estar fraquejado devido a fome, doenças etc; os soldados invadiram e levaram como escravos os judeus e estrangeiros que se encontrava na cidade naquele dia.
Jesus e o livro de revelação falam do mesmo tema.

Let´s talk about prophecies?
Jesus prophesied about the second destruction of Jerusalem in Matthew, the holy city for Jews was destroyed three times in history.
In Apocalypse or Revelção book written long after the death of Jesus was written by John when Jerusalem had been invaded and devastated.
The apostle John was a slave at that time, he may have spent their ideas or visions to free Christians who were dispersed and these were indeed the parchment authors, maybe they have heard his story and have made '' Revelation '.
I think some parts we read in the book of Revelation occurred in the past; for example:
And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and a crown of twelve stars on her head.
And I was pregnant, and the pains of childbirth, and screamed with longing to give birth.
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads seven diadems.
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth; and the dragon stood before the woman who had given birth, so that when she gave birth, her child swallow.
She gave birth to a son who was to rule all nations with an iron rod; and her child was caught up to God and to his throne.
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared by God, to be nourished for one thousand two hundred sixty days.
Revelation 12: 1-6
The text talks about Mary, Jesus and the persecution of Herod; it had already occurred, so it is not a future event - not for the distant future of John's time; and it is not a future event for us ... It was past event even to Jesus.
Jesus talked about Jerusalem:
"Serpents! Brood of vipers! How did you escape condemnation to hell?
So I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; the other scourge in the synagogues of you and pursue from town to town.
And so upon you will come all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom you murdered between the sanctuary and the altar.
I assure you that all this will come upon this generation.
"Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often I wanted to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you would not.
Behold, the house left to you desolate.
For I tell you that you will not see me from now until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord' "Matthew 23: 33-39.
The prophecies of Revelation and Revelation have already been fulfilled, its fulfillment involved the seventies of the first century in 70 A.D.Jerusalem did not accept more the domain of the Roman people and because of this rebellion it was besieged by Roman troops and after people be faltered due to hunger, disease etc; soldiers raided and took the Jews as foreigners and slaves who was in the city that day.Jesus and the Book of Revelation speaks of the same theme.compare:

Daniel 12
8 I heard, but I understood not; so I asked, my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.10 Many will be purified, and made white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of them understand; but the wise shall understand.11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and established the abomination of desolation, there will be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.1 At that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people; and there will be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation until that time; but at that time will get rid of your people, every one that shall be found written in the book.2 And many of them that sleep in the dust shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.3 Those who are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.4 But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the end of time; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
Revelation:
15 When ye therefore shall see be in the holy place the abomination of desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel (let the reader understand),16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee to the mountains;17 who is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house,18 and who is in the field return back to take his cloak.19 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!20 Pray that your flight be not in the winter or on the Sabbath;21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever shall be.
Revelação chapter 12
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. And the dragon fought and his angels,8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found in heaven.9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; It was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: Now is come salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ; because it was cast down the accuser of our brethren, which before our God accuses them day and night.

levantará Miguel, o grande príncipe, que se levanta a favor dos filhos
do teu povo; e haverá um tempo de tribulação, qual nunca houve, desde
que existiu nação até aquele tempo; mas naquele tempo livrar-se-á o teu
povo, todo aquele que for achado escrito no livro.
2 E muitos dos que dormem no pó da terra ressuscitarão, uns para a vida eterna, e outros para vergonha e desprezo eterno.
3 Os que forem
sábios, pois, resplandecerão como o fulgor do firmamento; e os que
converterem a muitos para a justiça, como as estrelas sempre e
eternamente.
4 Tu, porém, Daniel,
cerra as palavras e sela o livro, até o fim do tempo; muitos correrão de
uma parte para outra, e a ciência se multiplicará.
Mateus 24
15 Quando, pois, virdes estar no lugar santo a abominação de desolação, predita pelo profeta Daniel (quem lê, entenda),
16 então os que estiverem na Judéia fujam para os montes;
17 quem estiver no eirado não desça para tirar as coisas de sua casa,
18 e quem estiver no campo não volte atrás para apanhar a sua capa.
19 Mas ai das que estiverem grávidas, e das que amamentarem naqueles dias!
20 Orai para que a vossa fuga não suceda no inverno nem no sábado;
21 porque haverá então uma tribulação tão grande, como nunca houve desde o princípio do mundo até agora, nem jamais haverá.

7 Então houve guerra no céu: Miguel e os seus anjos batalhavam contra o dragão. E o dragão e os seus anjos batalhavam,
8 mas não prevaleceram, nem mais o seu lugar se achou no céu.

grande voz no céu, que dizia: Agora é chegada a salvação, e o poder, e o

lançado fora o acusador de nossos irmãos, o qual diante do nosso Deus os
acusava dia e noite.
